This Privacy policy describes what information Liz Carolina Skin Care, LLC collects from visitors to our Site, and how it is used and shared. Your privacy is very important to us. First, we do not sell your personal information to anyone. Second, we do not ask for your personal information unless we need it to provide or improve the services for you. Third, we do not share your personal information unless you have specifically allowed it, or for the limited purposes described below:

When you use our Site, we collect the following information such as name, mailing and billing addresses, email address and phone number, although your phone number is optional, and order history. We use this information to:

*To improve our website marketing efforts

Option to create a Customer Account:
You have the option to create a Customer Account either by using the Sign In link, or during checkout. This will allow you to create your unique login, securely save payment, billing and shipping details for an expedited checkout, and view your order history. Please refer to "Billing" below to read about our credit card privacy policy. In addition, we do not store your passwords. Passwords are not recoverable, but you can request a password reset through the "Forgot Password?" link in you Sign-In window and your reset password will be sent directly to your account email. Presently, if you choose to change/edit your account email information, you will need to create a new account with your updated email information.

Communications with us:
When you send us emails or other communication such as customer inquiries or comments, we maintain those communications and their content so that we can resolve your inquiries or otherwise assist you.

Billing:
We use Stripe as our credit card processor, who is certified PCI Service Provider level 1.
This is the most stringent level of certification available and ensures the security of your personal information. In general terms, when a customer puts in the details of their payment information, it will be converted in a token (encrypting the information), which will be sent to Stripe directly. This means that sensitive information will never touch our servers.
